Founded in 1014, elevated to the rank of collegiate church in 1060, remodeled in 1550 and enlarged in the 17th century after the demolition of the cloister, it is home to numerous relics: a stone basin from 1595 housing the baptismal font, a Renaissance pulpit, an organ case from 1656, a bas-relief of the tomb of Saint Marcel and a carved wooden reliquary bust containing a phalanx of the aforementioned saint, celebrated every year on the weekend around January 16, during the Fête des Tripettes.
