Talking to Claire and Léo, there's no doubt that passion is the driving force behind this young couple's recent move to Bauduen. In a small vaulted room in the village, the various beers of the brand located on the shores of Lake Sainte-Croix are produced. Blondes, ambers, IPAs, beers with astonishing, fruity flavours, which could be described as "living", so different are their productions from one another according to Léo's inspirations and the raw materials used. The beers are sold in Salernes at La Remise de Cauzette.
