Beautiful house in Belgentier serving dishes such as cassoulet, magrets, confits from the farm and well-cooked fish.
The Bart family, father, mother and daughter took over since January 2019 the Moulin du Gapeau for the greatest happiness of the regulars of this beautiful house. Their southwestern origins can be found in the welcome, the plates and the accent! The cassoulet is a must with cassoles from an artisanal factory in Toulouse, lingots from Castelnaudary. You can also enjoy duck breast and confit from the Puntoun farm in the Gers (Saint-Martin), which serves several starred restaurants. Provence is not forgotten with the Provencal daube and trout with almonds.

Les nouveaux patrons sont très accueillants sympathiques et ils prennent le temps de venir aux tables voir si tout se passe bien même le chef sort de sa cuisine pour venir ce qui est très rare mais la c est super.

The duck was unbelievable, tender and sweet and the frites taught me everything I need to know about why l never have them in the UK.
It is out of season so we had the whole place to ourselves and it was a joy.
Can't recommend enough.
