Beautiful house in Belgentier serving dishes such as cassoulet, magrets, confits from the farm and well-cooked fish.
The Bart family, father, mother and daughter took over since January 2019 the Moulin du Gapeau for the greatest happiness of the regulars of this beautiful house. Their southwestern origins can be found in the welcome, the plates and the accent! The cassoulet is a must with cassoles from an artisanal factory in Toulouse, lingots from Castelnaudary. You can also enjoy duck breast and confit from the Puntoun farm in the Gers (Saint-Martin), which serves several starred restaurants. Provence is not forgotten with the Provencal daube and trout with almonds.

Une fois arrivé à proximité et dans les temps, nous recevons un appel pour nous informer que les cuisines sont fermées. Nous étions pourtant dans les temps, la réservation validée au téléphone. Voici ici un restaurant qui n a que faire de la satisfaction de ses clients.ils n ont peut être pas besoin de travailler d avantage. Dans tous les cas vous ne me verrez plus et j'espère que cet avis permettra a vos futurs clients de savoir où ils mettent les pieds.
