The Bart family, father, mother and daughter took over since January 2019 the Moulin du Gapeau for the greatest happiness of the regulars of this beautiful house. Their southwestern origins can be found in the welcome, the plates and the accent! The cassoulet is a must with cassoles from an artisanal factory in Toulouse, lingots from Castelnaudary. You can also enjoy duck breast and confit from the Puntoun farm in the Gers (Saint-Martin), which serves several starred restaurants. Provence is not forgotten with the Provencal daube and trout with almonds.
