Beautiful house in Belgentier serving dishes such as cassoulet, magrets, confits from the farm and well-cooked fish.
The Bart family, father, mother and daughter took over since January 2019 the Moulin du Gapeau for the greatest happiness of the regulars of this beautiful house. Their southwestern origins can be found in the welcome, the plates and the accent! The cassoulet is a must with cassoles from an artisanal factory in Toulouse, lingots from Castelnaudary. You can also enjoy duck breast and confit from the Puntoun farm in the Gers (Saint-Martin), which serves several starred restaurants. Provence is not forgotten with the Provencal daube and trout with almonds.

Das Essen war exzellent.
Die Dame die uns bediente war sehr bemüht, uns als deutsche Gäste mit der Speisekarte zu helfen, selbst der Besitzer kam aus der Küche????sehr freundlich.

Le produit phare : Le cassoulet qui est excellent.
Et le dessert mixte de crème de marron ???? avec chantilly et 1 cl d Armagnac une tuerie.
Je conseille fortement.
