In addition to its bed and breakfast activity, the estate makes the most of its 2,000 olive trees to produce olive oil for sale on site.
In addition to their gîte business, Géraldine and Mark have planted an olive grove of some 2,000 trees in their 40-hectare park. Equipped with their own mill, since 2015 they have been producing an organic Provence olive oil (labeled) with fruity green aromas. As true enthusiasts, they'll be delighted to share their know-how with visitors: give them a call, it's worth the detour! Since 2019, ewes and goats have been grazing ecologically.
