The chef David Archinard and his partner Nathalie deliver an excellent score, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. The local bistronomy, inspired by the Mediterranean, is in perfect harmony with the warm decoration of the establishment. Perfect egg 64°c, oven-roasted pork pluma or desserts in accordance with the seasons. Menu reduced to a few proposals, freshness guaranteed. The address has already charmed the Michelin guide with the attribution of a BIB Gourmand. A really nice address for Bormes-les-Mimosas, to discover without delay!

Donc hier nous réservons une table pour 5 en terrasse

La table qui nous est assignée est a l’intérieur
