SAINT-FRANCOIS-DE-PAULE CHAPEL
Built in the century as a tribute to the monk Saint-François, this chapel is open to visitors all year round.
A chapel built in the 16th century in homage to the monk Saint-François, originally from Calabria. He stopped in Bormes in 1481, almost by chance, and his presence alone enabled the inhabitants to escape the plague epidemic. During the revolution, the building was almost sold to become a mill... It will not be finally the case! An adjoining cemetery houses several members of the white penitents brotherhood. The building can be visited free of charge all year round.
