DOMAINE SAINTE MARIE
The vineyard, which dates back to the 40 th century, covers hectares, with a wide variety of grape varieties, Grenache, cinsault, syrah, Cabernet, carignan, mourvèdre, sémillon, tiburen, clairette, Rolle, white ugni and a culture based on the specifications of organic wines. The harvest is made at dawn and the wines are constantly under thermal control. Pneumatic press, stainless steel tanks, semi-buried vats and constant human control allow for quality wines in the three colours in A.O.P. Côtes de Provence. Artist exhibitions enrich the scene.
