LE JARDIN D'EDOUARD
A charming restaurant with a terrace where you can enjoy a changing seasonal menu made with local producers.
A few minutes from Saint-Maximin, this restaurant is a nugget you would be wrong to miss. At the helm is Raphaël Simoncini, son of Edouard Simoncini, who used to run several restaurants. A restaurant in the form of a tribute to this son who learned to cook at a very early age, and who now gives us the benefit of it. A seasonal menu, which changes every three weeks, home-made and freshness guaranteed by local producers. The setting is charming, on the terrace or in the old bastide. A pearl, you have been warned.

Un bon rapport qualité prix. Les entrées et plats sont simples et bons, légèrement déçu par les desserts (beaucoup de mousse et manque de fruit).
Nous reviendrons pour y découvrir la nouvelle carte.
