Restaurant committed to waste reduction and with an organic wine list, offering a tempting Provencal menu.
A lovely address in the heart of Brignoles, with a delightful terrace shaded by large parasols. Certified as a "committed restaurant", and determined to reduce waste, the chef works only with seasonal produce, using local produce wherever possible. The wine list is 100% organic. A fine menu of mouth-watering dishes, including octopus daube à la provençale, braised veal with parsnip mousseline, and homemade ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and port wine cream. An excellent address, well worth a visit.

Pour ma part, gnocchis version végétarienne envie de tester. Sauce très bonne, par contre pas assez de gnocchis et pourtant je ne suis pas un gros mangeur... J'ai dû manger le pain servi, chose que je fais jamais.
Les desserts au top !
