A lovely address in the heart of Brignoles, with a delightful terrace shaded by large parasols. Certified as a "committed restaurant", and determined to reduce waste, the chef works only with seasonal produce, using local produce wherever possible. The wine list is 100% organic. A fine menu of mouth-watering dishes, including octopus daube à la provençale, braised veal with parsnip mousseline, and homemade ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and port wine cream. An excellent address, well worth a visit.

Pour résumer, c'est une excellente adresse, dans le centre de Brignoles mais on a l'impression d'être dans un autre univers dès que l'on passe la porte et c'est très agréable !!
10/10 je recommande et nous recommandons.
