DOMAINE DE CALA
The Pourraques estate, created around 1300, became the property of internationally renowned chef Joachim Splichal in 2015 and was renamed Domaine de Cala. In August 2024, the estate was sold back to the Château La Source company. Nestled in the heart of a forest, it now covers more than 40 ha of vines in the heart of Provence Verte, in the Coteaux Varois en Provence PDO, planted with four grape varieties for the reds and three for the whites, in clay-limestone soil, enabling the production of wines of pleasure, whatever the color.
