The know-how of the Vial family has been passed on for five generations. Here, the organic culture is king, which allows to emphasize the natural qualities of a soil of character, where the grapes are vinified with the greatest care. On a 300-hectare estate, the 78-hectare vineyard in AOP Coteaux Varois in Provence produces excellent red wines, the Tradition, Carignan and Batilde Philomène vintages, but also white and rosé wines, as well as an I.G.P. Var, in all three colors.

Un peu déçue du standing de la terrasse, pas de vue intéressante de notre table.on aurait aimé mieux profiter du cadre. Bonne cuisine, desserts pas très intéressants.

Nous avons été très bien acceuillli , nous avons très bien mangé le veau et le boeuf très bien cuits, les legumes cranquants et cuit comme il.le faut. Le cadre et le lieu sont sympathique

Des hauts et des bas , malheureusement pour nous ce jour c’était tout en bas , repas raté , entrée caramélisée sans caramel, hyper sec poisson trop cuit risotto détrempé et insipide , sauce du veau collée sur le fond de l’assiette, nous avons renoncé au dessert, ç’est décevant car nous y allons régulièrement est ç’est souvent très bien.
