Nathalie and Henri De Wulf Coquelle produce AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence in all three colors, as well as IGP du Var in red and rosé. The 30-hectare vineyard is farmed organically, with the utmost respect for the environment. The cuvées are named after defunct expressions such as "Fesse-Mathieux", "Ribote", "La Jouvencelle" or "Suivez-moi-jeune-homme"... As an anecdote, the signing of the decree establishing the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation in 1993 took place in this beautiful 12th-century cellar.
