Joël Bach, a seasoned chef, took over this restaurant with his wife after a long stint in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var regions. His menu, based on fresh produce, changes 3 times a year. His cuisine is traditional, as evidenced by the dishes on offer: oxtail terrine, foie gras and truffles, poached eggs en meurette, croutons and garnish, foie gras ravioles with truffles, lamb sweetbread vol-au-vent, pan-fried mushrooms of the moment, tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream, hot soufflé with liqueur...
