After starting out with Philippe Da Silva at Gorges de Pennafort, Clotilde Lebec opened her patisserie in the heart of her village to the delight of gourmets. She passionately creates confectionery, delicacies and custom cakes for all occasions. Try her inimitable apple, hazelnut and raisin cake, hazelnut and chocolate cookies, mini fruit pavlova or rum baba to share. Clotilde has also taken over the village bakery with her partner. Delicious breads and tasty pastries.
