This restaurant with its pleasant and chic setting in azure tones has been established in Cavalaire since 1987. It is a must to taste a scallop carpaccio, lemon olive oil, pink berries, 6 Gillardeau oysters cooked in champagne, 6 scampi gratinated with tarragon butter and ginger, excellent fish, sea bream cooked in the oven with white wine and citrus fruits, Atlantic sole cooked in butter, grilled Breton lobster. The welcome and service of Isabelle and her team are in keeping with the times. The only regret is not seeing the sea, although it is so close!

On y mange très bien pour un bon rapport qualité prix.
Les produits sont frais et cela se sent. Idéal pour y déguster des fruits de mer et de bons poissons. Les plats sont fins, bons et bien présentés. La proximité de la mer, juste en face, est également appréciable.
