Discover Cavalaire-sur-Mer's rich Gallo-Roman past at this archaeological site, which features a permanent exhibition;
With a view to promoting its heritage, the commune of Cavalaire created this municipal archaeological space in 2010. This 55m2 exhibition space features a permanent display of models and illustrated panels tracing the commune's archaeological history, from the Iron Age with the Montjean site (7th-4th c. BC) to the Roman era with the Pardigon villas (1st-6th c. AD). The site is regularly enlivened by temporary exhibitions.
