The open kitchen of this old-fashioned trattoria allows you to watch the chef work with fresh products and cook the pizzas over a wood fire, whose dough is kneaded by hand every day by the pizza maker. Here, the plate of Italian cold cuts and cheeses are to be shared... or not!, before moving on to the serious stuff with a plate of fresh pasta, linguine bolognese, tagliatelle carbonara, gnocchi with truffles, a beef tartar Italian style. Impossible not to end the meal with the inevitable red fruit panna cotta!

La patronne est toujours souriante
Toujours un plaisir d’y retourner
Cette patronne qui fait les pizzas et détestables autant en vers son personnel qu’avec ses clients. La cuisine est vraiment bof et pour l’encaissement il vaut mieux avoir de l’espèce autrement elle vous demande d’aller retirer et vous dit c’est juste en face.
Bref passer votre chemin Cogolin ne manque pas de bon restaurant.
