The open kitchen of this old-fashioned trattoria allows you to watch the chef work with fresh products and cook the pizzas over a wood fire, whose dough is kneaded by hand every day by the pizza maker. Here, the plate of Italian cold cuts and cheeses are to be shared... or not!, before moving on to the serious stuff with a plate of fresh pasta, linguine bolognese, tagliatelle carbonara, gnocchi with truffles, a beef tartar Italian style. Impossible not to end the meal with the inevitable red fruit panna cotta!

La qualité de la cuisine n'est pas homogène. Les pâtes ne sont pas exceptionnelles par exemple et les pizzas sont bonnes. On sent une tension dans le restaurant depuis un certain temps, ce n'est pas agréable en tant que client, à méditer.

Tout simplement LE PIRE RESTAURANT DE NOTRE VIE !!!! (avec un autre il y a 12 ans près de Nice). L'assiette de charcuterie était infâme, soi-disant italienne et de qualité, mais totalement immangeable, et pourtant facturée à 18€ l'assiette ! Il est grand temps qu'un contrôle sanitaire soit déclenché dans cet établissement !! Et que dire du traitement subi par cette pauvre serveuse par la patronne et son comportement abjecte ! Tout est dit..."

Une patronne méprisante !!! Qui ne supporte pas les clients limite insultante ( alors eux il vont attendre sa mère il sont pas réservé) mot de la patronne !!!qui n arrive pas a sortir les pizzas.
Au bout de 1h15 nous sommes parti sans manger quel honte madame !!! Surtout qu'il y avais que 15 personne dans votre restaurant un conseil changez de métier car celui ci n est pas fait pour vous.
