Florian and Edwige's passion for gastronomy and wine led them to open their Provencal bistro and wine bar. The menu, inspired by Provence, changes every 10 days or so, in order to favor the use of fresh and seasonal products, truffled artichoke soup, beef carrots from "chez nous", trout steak with almonds and tarragon, wild amberjack ceviche or bass in a salt crust... At the wine bar, many wines by the glass, served with a board of cold cuts, allow you to vary your desires of discovery.
