Provencal bistro and wine bar in Cogolin, with a Provencal-inspired menu featuring fresh, seasonal products, on a slate

Florian and Edwige's passion for gastronomy and wine led them to open their Provencal bistro and wine bar. The menu, inspired by Provence, changes every 10 days or so, in order to favor the use of fresh and seasonal products, truffled artichoke soup, beef carrots from "chez nous", trout steak with almonds and tarragon, wild amberjack ceviche or bass in a salt crust... At the wine bar, many wines by the glass, served with a board of cold cuts, allow you to vary your desires of discovery.

Wat hebben we weer een pareltje gevonden. Geweldige bediening, uitstekende sfeer op het terras op het pleintje onder de boom. En het eten was voortreffelijk!

Plats recherchés mais léger. Les tarifs sont dans la moyenne locale. La place où le restaurant est installé est agréable mais penche un peu. Concernant le service, très amical cela surprend au début.

Je suis retourné à ce restaurant il y a dix jours et j'ai retrouvé tout ce qui me plaît : un accueil simple et chaleureux, une terrasse très agréable et une cuisine audacieuse et goûteuse.
