Provencal bistro and wine bar in Cogolin, with a Provencal-inspired menu featuring fresh, seasonal products, on a slate
Florian and Edwige's passion for gastronomy and wine led them to open their Provencal bistro and wine bar. The menu, inspired by Provence, changes every 10 days or so, in order to favor the use of fresh and seasonal products, truffled artichoke soup, beef carrots from "chez nous", trout steak with almonds and tarragon, wild amberjack ceviche or bass in a salt crust... At the wine bar, many wines by the glass, served with a board of cold cuts, allow you to vary your desires of discovery.

C'est toujours un Plaisir ????.
Par contre prennez votre réservation je vous le conseil vivement???? , les places sont chères ????.
Niveau cuisine toujours aussii goûteux (enfin celà me convient ????).
Niveau prix nous restons dans le raisonnable... PS : équipe très commercial qui voudra comprendra "Mercii à la Serveuse????"
