Bateau propre et en parfait état. La relation au client mériterait d’être améliorée. Condescendance et culpabilisation allant jusqu’aux reproches clairement exprimés. Nous sommes des clients, en vacances, recherchant une journée de détente… et certes parfois des marins d’eau douce. Je contracterai avec un autre prestataire la prochaine fois.

3 ans que nous choisissons Houseboat pour une location de bateau à la journée. Rien à redire. Excellent accueil de Katia, du patron, de bons conseils dans le choix du bateau, et de la ballade à faire en fonction de la météo. Nous sommes vraiment accompagnés. Et tout cela avec de la sympathie, de la bonne humeur. Préparation et réception du bateau effectuée par Mika parfaite, bonnes explications données au départ. Tout est réuni pour passer une excellente journée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Bonne saison 2023 à toute l'équipe.
