ST. ROCH'S CHAPEL
Chapel founded with the help of the brotherhood of the White Penitents, served as an agricultural building and became a place of exhibition
Located at the corner of rue du 19-Mars-1962 and montée Saint-Roch, the chapelle Saint-Roch (named after the saint saved from the plague by angels and his dog) was built in 1630 with the help of the Pénitents blancs brotherhood. The barn to its right is the former Saint-Roch chapel, also built by the Pénitents blancs brotherhood. Sold as national property during the French Revolution, it was long used as a farm building and for municipal elections. Restored between 2010 and 2012, it is now an exhibition space.
