Quiet, friendly hotel-restaurant with shaded terrace, restaurant and modern, comfortable rooms in the heart of the village.

This establishment of character has been run for five decades by the Borello family, the first innkeepers and restaurateurs of Collobrières. Quiet and friendly, it has a large dining room and a shaded terrace. In the kitchen, Sébastien prepares tasty local dishes with Provencal accents. On the night side, the 15 rooms spread over two levels are modern and comfortable. Two steps away, the guest rooms with rooftop pool. Magnificent.

Open all year round. 15 rooms. Double room from €65 to €80. Breakfast included. Extra bed: €15. Free parking nearby. Free for children under 3, cot provided. No PRM access for the hotel. Large family room for four from €75 to €130 depending on season. Pets welcome. Wifi free of charge. Restaurant open all year round, daily at lunchtime, and in the evening from May to October. Closed the last week of January and the first week of February. Menu from €24.50 to €29.50. Dish of the day €16.50. Children's menu €9. Camera confortevole, unico piccolo difetto un asciugamento non pulitissimo che comunque mi hanno cambiato con prontezza. Sennò stanza pulita e confortevole. Cena al ristorante dell'hotel, prodotti buoni e porzioni abbondanti. Per il prezzo dell'hotel e del ristorante consiglio vivamente! Camera+colazione circa 60 euro a notte. Il prezzo più basso che abbiamo pagato in zona. Colazione nella media, più che adeguata.
Bella la terrazza del ristorante, sul letto di un fiume quasi secco. Soggiorno tranquillo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
