This is the recently opened Italian address in Cotignac. Here you can taste the delights of the transalpine cuisine with notably a beautiful and generous burrata as a starter, knives with garlic and parsley before eventually continuing with a "pinsa", a kind of thin and crispy pizza, which is declined here on a base of straciatella, with pistachios, pesto and mortadella or with hazelnuts, tomatoes and coppa. Very tasty! Escalope Milanese and risotto complete the attractive proposals.

Nous nous sommes régalé dans ce petit restaurant italien sur la place principale situé au cœur du village. Une carte diversifiée avec des produits FRAIS en provenance directe d'Italie. En particulier une délicieuse Burrata venue d'ailleurs de 330g ! Leur planche apéritives charcuterie/fromage, les pâtes sous toutes leurs formes et goûts diversifiés... A noter également, le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Une super adresse. Tout était bon, un vrai régal. Un service rapide, des serveurs sympas, une bonne ambiance. J'ai adoré et j'y retournerai sûrement.

I had pasta carbonara for 15€, it was an extremely tiny portion. I told the waiter who kindly offered to bring more. Five minutes later another waiter came and said there would be no extra. I left hungry and went for a real dinner somewhere else.

Petit restaurant chaleureux tenus par deux jeunes hommes très motivés de bien faire .
Une carte italienne qui tient ses promesses et vous emmène voyager ( mon fils, grand amateur de bolognaise, était conquis ) avec des produits de qualité ????????
