It was on a market day that we approached this restaurant located in the center of Cotignac. The walkers and tourists of the day were having their coffee there because it was not yet time to sit down for lunch. And yet, the slates already laid out displayed beautiful promises like this formula of the day composed of a velvety asparagus and wild mushrooms, a rump steak with pepper sauce and a pineapple-banana dessert accompanied by a vanilla cream. On reflection, we came back and it was quite honest. Nice suggestions on the slate.
