MOULIN DES CINQ PONTS
Olive-growing cooperative, founded in 1920, producing oil varieties from local olives such as the cayon de Cuers.
This olive-growing cooperative, founded in 1920 under the name La Laborieuse, is now known as Moulin des Cinq Ponts, in reference to the nearby aqueduct. It produces Var olive oil (with the local varieties cayon de Cuers, bouteillan, brun and picholine), an extra-virgin oil in the ripe fruity category. What makes it special? It's obtained after pitting the olives... and yes! Le Moulin des Cinq Ponts also offers olive by-products such as olives in brine and canned olive paste.
