A bistro-style restaurant serving dishes with a local flavour: a good place to eat well.
Les Trois Garçons is run by Clément Bruno, Lorguais' legendary Michelin-starred truffle chef, and two of his former chefs: his right-hand man Dominique Saugnac and in the kitchen Hugo Carmona, both trained at Ducasse. Somewhere between a Parisian brasserie and a no-holds-barred bistro, the place is warm and welcoming, the service smiling and the savoir-faire unencumbered by unnecessary fuss. On the plate, true seasonality cooked with generosity, gourmet juices and dishes that smell of the local terroir, in a fine bistronomic spirit.

Une brasserie parisienne au cœur de la Provence ! C’est génial !

Table réservée pour 5 à midi le dimanche 14 janvier 2024, déjeuners copieux et raffinés, bon accueil, service rapide, sauf qu’à 13h30, un serveur nous a signifié que nous devions abandonner notre table dans 10 min, car le deuxième service devait commencer et que des clients attendaient sur le trottoir pour manger. Attitude inadmissible et au combien déplacée.
