A bistro-style restaurant serving dishes with a local flavour: a good place to eat well.
Les Trois Garçons is run by Clément Bruno, Lorguais' legendary Michelin-starred truffle chef, and two of his former chefs: his right-hand man Dominique Saugnac and in the kitchen Hugo Carmona, both trained at Ducasse. Somewhere between a Parisian brasserie and a no-holds-barred bistro, the place is warm and welcoming, the service smiling and the savoir-faire unencumbered by unnecessary fuss. On the plate, true seasonality cooked with generosity, gourmet juices and dishes that smell of the local terroir, in a fine bistronomic spirit.

Superbe endroit, ne pas louper cette table à draguignan, on se croirait à Paris mais avec le soleil????

Oh oui, oh oui !! Qu'est ce qu on a bien mangé. Plats traditionnels, et mets succulents et je ne parle pas du dessert. A refaire vite et à recommander.
