MOULIN À HUILE ROVERA
This oil mill has been operated by the Rovera family since 1936 for several hundred years between Villars and Draguignan. The current owner, Alfred Rovera, is one of the oldest Mouliniers in the Var, with over 60 years of work. In this mill, two olive oil production chains coexist: a traditional mill with stone stone, hydraulic presses and a modern chain of continuous extraction, at 3 stages, installed in the early 2000 s. In winter, the mill is open to all olive growers, irrespective of the quantity of olive produced. Owners can leave with their own oil from 200 kg of olive. You will find on-site olive oil regularly awarded to the regional competitions in the name Oil of France or oil from France from olive varieties locally grown in rational agriculture: …,…, picholine, ribier, aglandau, cayon and coucourelle… These oils are proposed in fruité green and above all in ripe fruity. Possibility of sale of monovariétale oil upon request.
