CASTLE OF ENTRECASTEAUX
Restored and refurnished 11th century castle with the Louis XIV salon, the Empire salon and the French garden to visit.
The old 11th century fortress, destroyed and rebuilt in the 13th century, then rebuilt many times between the 16th and 17th centuries, has been entirely restored and refurnished with period objects by its owner, who lives in it and maintains it. During the visit, the Louis XIV lounge, the Empire lounge, the baroque music room, the oriental suite, the old kitchen, the cabinets of curiosities and the dungeons are revealed before our eyes... Its superb French garden, designed by Le Nôtre, is not to be missed.
