Old stone sheepfold in Fayence preparing a menu-card of seasonal products and a perfectly iced dessert
Chef Hervé Quesnel has made his mark in this old sheepfold made of stone, rocks and rustic wooden furniture. Its amazing lunch formula and its menu card, which changes every fortnight, with seasonal products, reserve pure moments of pleasure: that day for example, foie gras French toast with chanterelles, truffle emulsion; chuck in two cookings, vegetables, honey, lemon; roasted wolf with figs and speck, aniseed juice; and as a perfect iced dessert with ginger, roasted pears, or even half-cooked chocolate-raspberry...
