Beautiful address offering a traditional bistronomic cuisine with fresh products with an honorable quality-price ratio.

Since they took over the reins in June 2018, Lisa and Xavier have honoured the Auberge du Château with a traditional bistronomic cuisine, with seasonal dishes always made with fresh produce. Whether indoors or on the vast outdoor terrace overlooking the pétanque courts (Provence in all its splendour!), their suggestions of the day as well as their specialities are particularly appreciated. The price-quality ratio, so as not to spoil anything, is honourable; in short, a beautiful address from every point of view!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment pour déjeuner : à l'ombre de la jolie terrasse, une cuisine délicieuse (mention spéciale pour la brioche pain perdue) et un service très sympathique. Je souffre d'allergies alimentaires et les deux jeunes femmes ont été aux petits soins... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Un moment que je n'avais pas rencontré une telle qualité de restauration tant dans le service que dans les assiettes!!! Personnels au petit soin, ça fait du bien, un belle carte, tout est bien fait, les quantités parfaites!

Découverte de ce restaurant au hasard d'une ballade sur Fayence lors d'un jour de pluie.
Arrivé à 12h. 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 10 ans.
Plats goûteux copieux et joliment présentés.
Service impeccable. Les deux filles sont agréables.
Bravo et merci aux cuistots de nous avoir régalés.
La tarte au citron était superbe. Les desserts sont tous maisons.
