Hermance has returned to her childhood home where her husband Quentin Joplet, who officiates in the kitchen (100% open to the dining room), works in a spirit of terroir with fresh products from the daily market, most often organic, drawing essentially from the local manna. Madame en salle s'occupe très bien de ses tables...
Le jardin et la terrasse sont très soignés.
La cuisine est intéressante, maîtrise des cuissons et mélange de saveurs original.
