A benchmark restaurant. Since 1959, this 3* hotel-restaurant has been a fine family affair orchestrated by Charles-Emmanuel and Keiko, who champion a cuisine with southern tones. Croustillant of warm goat's cheese with honey, macaroni gratin with summer truffle and Italian cured ham, fillet of sea bream with Asian sauce, Camargue rice and sautéed vegetables... Specializing in entrecôte (Angus 350 g please) grilled over a wood fire. A fine address that we warmly recommend.

Not far from Aix-en-Provence, this is a nice, rural location with wooded areas, shaded parking - an EV charger is available - and a large pool with bar and sitting areas. The food and service were good, try the pork loin, yummy. The manageress was a delight and served us herself at breakfast, which was very good indeed. The room we had was in an annex and had recently been redecorated and a new bathroom fitted; it was really lovely with a comfortable bed and a great bath and shower. There is lots to do here and we were unable to take advantage as we were passing through.

Nous étions 9 à table. Nous avons pris 7 cocktails, 2 bouteilles de vin à plus 30 euros chacune puis dans 4 menus il fallait encore rajouter 8 euros de supplément pour des menus au prix déjà élevé. Avec tout cela, nous n'avons même pas eu d'amuse-bouche en apéritif bien que réclamé lors du service. Au bilan une prestation très onéreuse et décevante.

Si vous cherchez un lieu de prédilection pour un petit week end en amoureux vous êtes au bon endroit !!!! Un magnifique domaine, les chambres spacieuses et élégantes et dans le calme absolue; juste splendide ! La touche supplémentaire et pas des moindres un restaurant au top, ambiance soignée et cosy. Je vous recommande les Mojitos de Camille dosés à la perfection avec un savoir faire, un professionnalisme et surtout le sourire! Je n ai juste plus de mots pour l excellente entrecôte Angus cuite au feu de cheminée!!! Un pure régal! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
