This 8-century-old historic site, owned by the Order of the Knights of Malta until 1789, extends over 850 hectares, 80 of which are vineyards. It is also one of the world's finest contemporary monumental sculpture parks, open to the public, where fifty works are scattered among the vines and woods. The estate produces fine AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP wines, an aged marc rosé and olive oil. From Easter to mid-October, a stop at the table d'hôtes is a must. The estate also has a guest house, hidden from view.
