Small restaurant in Flayosc offering a traditional cuisine worked in semi-gastronomic
For 20 years now, this little restaurant has been serving up dishes as beautiful as they are tasty, thanks to the traditional cuisine of chef Cédric Cottrel. Very attentive to quality, he favors local suppliers and even has his own bread made. On the menu: medallion of foie gras de canard mi-cuit au torchon, cod effeuillé en croûte de sésame noir, duo de gambas et noix de Saint-Jacques, etc. Since the hardest part is choosing, don't hesitate to ask for advice and, when it's time for dessert, do as we do by ordering a generous café gourmand!
