Hervé Gély, former chef of La Bastide de Tourtour, took over this family restaurant. His wife, Laurence, is in charge of reception and service. Their children work in the kitchen. An experienced professional, Hervé reveals a delicious cuisine, well mastered, which breathes the Mediterranean: Guinea fowl from the Ardèche cooked in a lemon broth, sea bream with fennel... Three menus will allow you to discover the multiple talents of the chef, very much oriented around the cuisine of the seasons. In autumn, his mushroom menus alone are worth the detour.
