Within the luxurious Château de Berne hotel, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Flayosc serving superb seasonal and locavore cuisine.
Talented Chef Benjamin Colombat and his star awarded in 2017 and retained until 2021, handed over the reins in March 2019 to his Executive Chef, Louis Rameau, who arrived accompanied by Pastry Chef Eric Raynal (winner in 2020 in Michelin's "Passion Dessert" selection). In addition to the large dining room with its round tables set under a luminous glass roof, two cosy lounges offer a more intimate neoclassical ambience for enjoying the superb cuisine on offer. The chefs offer a seasonal menu, based on local produce.

Would highly recommend making a special trip to this gem if you are in the Provence region.
La ‘’Table du Pass’’ est l’endroit stratégique où le chef Louis Rameau, secondé par son équipe, vous fait voyager, grâce à ses produits locaux fraîchement récoltés. L’atmosphère y est singulière et harmonieuse.
Je tiens à attribuer une mention spéciale au Dessert Signature du chef Pâtissier Eric Raynal, qui se distingue par sa succulence et sa présentation d’une rare esthétique.
Nous vous recommandons vivement cette table.
