Unlike other varnished areas, red wine dominates with 80% of production, compared with only 10% for white wine and 10% for rosé wine! The reputation of the domain therefore comes from the gardening red, developed with cabernet sauvignon and syrah, or with mourvhedre and grenache. During the high season, in front of the cellar, a Provençal base, composed of terrines of meat and vegetables, tapenade, dried tomatoes, olives and bread, accompany the wine tasting. If you want to stay on the estate, two independent bastides, for 2 and 4 people, as well as an apartment located above the vinification cellar for 4 people, are offered for rent.
