RESTAURANT L’AMANDIER
Michelin-starred restaurant in Fréjus offering gourmet Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal produce.
Right in the center of town, Loïc Balanec and his wife Élisabeth welcome you to their first long dining room, which spills out onto the pedestrian street in summer, or to their second vaulted room, a former 16th-century cloister. In his small kitchen, he prepares gourmet Mediterranean cuisine by instinct, using seasonal produce: tart of raw and cooked seasonal vegetables, tomato sorbet, Langoustine tails cooked a la plancha, a Tomate Grappe variation to start. Baked lean fillet or roasted lamb fillet to continue.

Le service est agréable mais une seule personne pour quinze à vingt couverts, c'est un peu juste.
