On the menu: foie gras, crispy prawns with curry and exotic fruit chutney, codfish and pan-fried foie gras, braised lamb mice with aromatic herbs, crushed potatoes with Guérande salt, crumbled apples and prunes flambéed with Armagnac, etc.
