Restaurant in Fréjus preparing homemade dishes, fish and a seafood buffet at will on Friday evening
In this restaurant with a Parisian brasserie atmosphere with a fish and seafood bench (direct arrival from oyster farmers and producers), from the simple menu to the most sought-after dishes, everything is homemade: the salmon plate and its toasts, the fish plate in bouillabaisse. A daily menu, with suggestions according to the market, completes the menu. Every Friday, the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet (1/2 lobster per person, oysters, shrimps, crab, mussels, almonds...) is very popular, as well as the Provencal aioli. Not to be missed.

Un tataki de duo saumon thon excellent ! Il manque juste une petite croûte dorée autour type sesaley ! Et là parfait !
Une bourride raphaeloise digne de ce nom !

Et pour finir un dessert gâteau au chocolat sans nom mais pas fait maison et peut être surgelé.... En plus le ménage laisse à désirer avec des toiles d'araignées sur les murs près du plafond...Copie à revoir
