Parking au sous-sol un peu serré, mais si on respecte les règles affichées on trouve de la place.
Climatisation avec commande séparée pour la chambre et le salon, nickel.
Les portes des WC et de la salle de bain sont un peu vieilles et frottent dans la partie haut. Mais pour le reste rien à dire.
La Plage de Port Fréjus est juste derrière la résidence.
