Located close to the historic center and arena of the ancient Roman city, this recently renovated hotel-restaurant comprises three buildings opening onto the palm-tree-lined garden and swimming pool. It offers 26 tastefully decorated rooms in light colors, some of which overlook this veritable haven of peace. In the restaurant, Guillaume Anor, one of the new owners and a well-known chef, and his assistant and partner Jérôme Radigue are breathing new life into the restaurant, offering gourmet, locavore Mediterranean cuisine.

L'hotel propose un restaurant excellent !
The restaurant is a modern and pleasant room. I can Imagine in summer outside dining here would be lovely. Our Breton waitress was very good indeed. The food is fairly pricey and looked very good on the plate. Unfortunately it misfired on taste. Too much sauce and bland flavours. Fillet pork was overcooked and dry. Bill was over €70pp which frankly the cooking didn't merit.
