It offers 26 tastefully decorated rooms in light colors, some of which overlook this veritable haven of peace. In the restaurant, Guillaume Anor, one of the new owners and a well-known chef, and his assistant and partner Jérôme Radigue are breathing new life into the restaurant, offering gourmet, locavore Mediterranean cuisine.
